Parametric 3d modeling using state of the art tools like Onshape and Fusion 360.

All models include mesh (.stl) files as well as cad (.step) files for future projects.

Can use photos to replace broken components.

Materals:

FDM

  • PLA - Very Strong | Brittal | Not sutiable Warm enviroments over 85 F

  • PLA+ - Strong | Less Brittal | Higher temperature tolerances

  • PTEG - Less Ridged | Higer temperature tolerance | Gives a bit before breaking

  • ABS - Very ridged | Higher temperature tolerance | Less materal "creep"

  • ASA - similar to ABS greater UV tolerance | best for car parts

  • TPU - Simi / Very flxable materal

UV Curable Resin

  • Extream Detail | slightly weaker/ brittal than FDM Materals

Printer Service:

  4. Typical print times are normally long with an average print taking 5 - 8 hours.
